Starts with an incredible back ache. Then, in an effort to get the trailer finally licensed, I hook up to the gooseneck to take it to get weighed, you license by the weight in Texas. On the way to the scales, I pass them by, and have to turn around on a country road. Forgot all about how high the truck sits, got the trailer neck in a bind, tore off the tailgate and damaged the bedsides. This stinks, but I guess it can all be fixed (about $500 worth). Make it to the license bureau, and the worker tells me due to the weight I have to have the trailer inspected - no license after all that! Figure I'll get it inspected and licensed later after all. Sitting home grousing, and up comes UPS man. Try to put the dogs up, and my little heeler is acting really strange. Go to bath her, and discover a patch of raw skin. Not sure, but appears she got herself under the wheel of the UPS van. I have decided I'm not going anywhere else until tomorrow - hopefully this will wear off by then!
