Man I wish I could locate that crew cab we built a long while back! We sold it and always wanted to make a CTD out of it but couldn't afford gas or a conversion so sold it :( Man this one would be great to yank parts for :--)

Looks like a two door cab stretched out, back doors don't open maybe. . He even said two door. But if it was a four door, thats a sweet deal. I've never dealt with a lost title before though.

In Connecticut it would not be worth buying because of that. You would have to pull a switch with another of the same year.

Kansas keeps your title on file in Topeka. If you lose it, you just have to pay $10 to get another one. Or does he mean something else by "lost title"???

His description does say club cab. I think the pic just sucks, too grainy to tell its just extended and not 4 door.

Same in MO and CO- you can get a duplicate title at the DMV. Wonder why he cant get one? It might be worth checking into if you can live with a slushbox. But if it had been a stick, it woudl have been sold long since... ...

a tax or lien issue is always a good reason for a "lost title" or maybe he bought it never had it reassigned then actually lost the title and is s. o. l you could always find someone to run the #'s and have it sent to your address in the rightful owners name, been there done that.
