What dont we know?

Yesterday morning I caught a glimpse of Good Morning America and there was a story on there about a group of people filing a class action law suit against McDonald's, KFC, Burger King, etc. because they were unaware that fast food could be harmful to their health! What's next??? Maybe we should all pretend we're so ignorant so we can sue anyone for anything???

This country and the judicial system are getting WAY OUT OF CONTROL!!!!!

SO... the next time I go to the local lumber yard... I can sue them for getting a splinter or pinching my fingers while picking through lumber...

OR... sue the local ice cream shop because there ice cream is too cold and it's causes headaches...

OR... sue Chevy and Ford cause they use SH*$$Y diesel engines in their trucks... :D

Just think of all the things that you could have sued someone over, and never did.

I think we should all get together and file a class action suit against DC for the severe case of BOMBitis most of us have here... ... god knows it's just as addicting as crack cocaine-only slightly better for you :) . We could use the proceeds to pay for more BOMBs! :D

By god I think I have stumbled onto a great idea here!

It seems that in our country today there is no feeling of "Personal Responsibility" no matter how stupidly you behave. That's why there are all these dumb warning labels on everything like "Don't fold stroller while baby is inside" and other similar warnings on almost everything we buy today.

Although I do not think that the fast food chains should be sued, I do feel that they are not being responsible for providing healthy food for their customers. Most of us know that their food is not healthy, but still go there once and a while because it's convenient. If everyone would stop patronizing the fast food places, maybe they'd get the message and provide healthy food. That's all I have to say about that.

What's next you ask is my lawsuit against the National Park Service. Hiking in Glacier NP it got dark and I was without flashlight causing me much distress. My contention is that the NPS should have signs on the trails warning that when the sun goes down it gets dark. ;)
