Read the dent thread and am happy to report that I only have two small dents--one on top of the bed rail (flying highway pebble) and one on the top of the tailgate (Mighty-Lite table barely bumped it while loading). But I also have one area on the front of my right fender where another flying highway pebble smacked it and left a paint gouge about . 75" long. Not bad, but it looks like it's down to the metal.

Is it worth it to get these fixed as they happen, or should I wait until it's really trashed out a year or so down the line? I'm also concerned about how well they blend in the touch up work with the original paint. Anyone have experience or suggestions regarding this?

If the dents are small, it is possible to pull them out with dry ice on a hot day. Pick a 90+ day and let the truck sit in the sun to get the metal good and hot. Wear gloves to lay a chunk of dry ice right on the dent and listen for a "pop". I've seen quite a few removed this way.
