What advantages does a TDR Chapter give ?

Hi All,
I'm trying to figure out if there are any advantages that joining a TDR local or regional chapter give you.

I know there are the obvious advantages of getting together with fellow rammers to share experiences, but does a TDR chapter get you anything else ? Does the TDR itself do anything for you ? Do any local DC dealers give you any specials for being a TDR chapter member ?

Any input would be appreciated...

Being that Im trying to get a local chapter together I can answer some of your concerns. As a TDR member joining or participating in a local chapter can have benefits. Yes,discounts can be one but also being able to see up close what a member has done to their truck can sometimes say more than than 10 newsletters. Being able to have members help firsthand on a Bombing project,going on campouts or rallys or just getting together to chew the fat have benefits. Its called having friends and friendship goes along way.

I'd 2nd everything said above - especially the camradarie and help with projects/advice. A local chapter will give you what you put into it. The members are the ones that make or break a club - so dive in and have fun!
