If you had a boost leak you would be smoking, the bigger the leak the more smoke produced.
Can you hear your in-tank lift pump running while cycling your ignition key to the on position? If it is weak or failing the CP3 injection pump may be fighting to pull fuel through the lift pump until higher rpms are obtained. Another area to check would be the proper torque on your cross tubes, since injectors were replaced the cross tubes had to be removed, then re-installed and re-torqued(42ft lbs on used tubes). if the torque is not correct, too much fuel will be by-passing the injector(s), which could also cause your issues.
The rail pressure relief valve could be operated too, once they operate they become weak and will leak fuel, again allowing fuel to by-pass the injectors. Either one of these conditions cannot be seen as a fuel leak externally, they will follow an internal path around the injectors and back to the tank or fuel filter housing, you will never know it is happening without proper TS techniques.
If somehow they installed the wrong injectors... like for an 03/04, that could also be the case... if so you are spraying fuel onto the crown of your pistons, not a good thing.
I would get the truck to an authorized CR repair shop.
