7 years on and I've noticed a few screws and bolts have worked loose, particularly on the wheel well liner--the partial one, not the full well liner (I'm still using the frame tubes for tool storage). I'm curious as to what screws and bolts others have noticed that work loose before I do the Big Crawl under my truck to tighten or replace them. I've actually lost two of the bolts from wheel well liners, but I haven't noticed any noises to indicate a problem. One thing that did puzzle me was that somewhere along the line I lost one of the little rubber bumpers that fit on the top leaf spring.

I've never experienced any loose fasteners on my 95 Dodge nor my 05 Dodge. These truck assembled in Mexico are put together very well. Prior to my 95 Dodge I had a furd F250 gasser. On the day I brought it home from the dealer and parked in the garage, I crawled under it with a hand full of tools and found several loose fasteners including two loose lug nuts. I wasn't very impressed with furd.

100,000 miles and nothing loose on mine other than the stock ball joints that I removed... ... ... ... ... ..... :-laf:-laf:-laf

Seriously, great fit and finish. No body issues, loose fasteners or anything like that.

Hmmm... I wonder if I've been too hard on my truck going down bumpy roads. The most puzzling was when I was farm sitting for a friend last week and found a 1/2" long bolt right under the front bumper, and couldn't figure out where it came from. I noticed the head has some wear on it, so hopefully it came from one of his vehicles or pieces of equipment. :-laf Finding nuts, bolts and screws around your vehicle is frustrating. Kind of like having extra parts after you put something together after disassembling it for repairs.
