2017 Ram 3500.. CANT HEAR THE TURN SIGNALS... HOWEVER, AFTER THE SIGNALS ARE ON FOR A MINUTE, THEN A NICE LOUD DINGER STARTS TO DING. WHY NOT USE THE LOUD DINGER FOR THE TURN SIGNALS?.

the warning bell is just a way of reminding you to turn them off because the TS didn't self cancel, not to let you know you are using them properly.
