I've heard good things about Lenox blades, and I'm considering their Diemaster 2.

I'd like something with long life on steel and aluminum. Bi-metal. I'll need pre-welded blades.

I'm running a Lennox in my Ellis 1600 and so far I've been happy with it. That's the brand my local welding supply store carries and they were actually cheaper than buying off of Ellis' website.

I picked up a few Lenox Diemaster 2's (1/2" wide, 10/14V teeth). I've cut a few pieces of aluminum and some wood, and so far so good. We'll see how long they last.

So far I've got the Lennox Diemaster 2 and two Morse blades. Both Morse blades are carbon steel flex-backs (whereas the Diemaster is an M42 bimetal).

Used the 10 tpi Morse to cut some 1x2 solid steel bar. Worked fine.
