Installed Pacbrake - Air leak somewhere

BD-Power

There is nothing WRONG with a PSD neither, I just choose to own a Cummins!!!!

I disagree, after seeing split blocks, egg shaped craters where the pistons used to be, broken cranks, trashed mains, destroyed diffs, ect. ect.

I do agree that there is benefits from synthetic oil in extreme climates, and extreme loads and abuse

What benefits?? I have yet to see any. I have always bought the best because I was taught you get what you pay for which is why I asked for the benefits of running a pure synthetic. Then I was told if I'm happy with the performance that I'm getting with Delo I shouldn't change?? I was told this by an AMSOIL dealer??? So was he saying there are no gains???

After talking to many people with over 500,000 miles running Delo with no problems, then being told by a synthetic oil dealer if I'm happy I shouldn't change & wasn't given any reason to use his product, I will continue to use Delo.

Now, now, do you have vin numbers? The Ford boys will list just as many things wrong with the Cummins.

Amsoil has documented benefits over petroleum based oil.

Is it enough to justify the cost?

That is up to the buyer.

If an Amsoil Dealer wants to come on here, and try to talk you into it, he is welcome to it.

Me, as long as someone isn't posting myths about synthetics, I don't care if you are running vaseline in your crankcase.

If you pump your 6 speed full of grease to stop a clutch rattle, I will, however, question your actions.

;)

Yes they will but it will not be Cummins problems, its always Chrysler or Bosch problems in which I agree with. With the Fords its everything but the body & suspension therefore the Dodge is cheaper to fix. As to the vin #, I am not a liar. Yes I can get them if necessary, the split block happened at a landfill in an over powered Ford at BFI in Itasca, TX. Not sure if I could find him, but I talked to him around a month later. He was driving a Dodge Cummins. My family members are either Chevy or Ford lovers but when it comes to a work truck there is only one so far.

It is only necessary to give me the benefits of running AMSOIL not the price, which is yet to be said. The price is only relevant when the products are equal in quality.
