I installed my TST PowermaxCR on monday, stacking it with my Edge EZ on level 4 and the clutch is already slipping on 5x5. Looks like its time to get a new one on the way ASAP. Is anyone running the Southbend Con FE with the TST and is it holding on the higher levels of the TST box?

I am running a Luk Pro Gold ceramatallic clutch. I thought I would give it a try because its so much cheaper than con fe. Kinda leary but its holding on 9 9. Cluth pedal feels about the same as stock just a little softer. But all in all really pleased with it.

Peter from southbend told me that he will only be standing behind dual disk clutches. He said that the TST box alone is capable of slipping the FE. I was rather dissapointed about hearing him say that. However I was glad he was honest and told me the truth up front so I only have to do this once. My dual disk is scheduled to go in on the 23rd of april.

We are are running the SBC DD in ours without any problems. I think you will be completely satisfied with it. We run two different clutches for Peter and went with the 3600# plate load over the 3850#. If you do a lot of city driving the 3850# plate load is a little much. Hope this helps
