What could be wrong?

Low power, white smoke when first started ,a mix of white and black smoke after worm up.

AS the truck accelerates there is way too much black smoke and low power.

Any help would be appreciated.

Black smoke usually means not enough air for the amount of fuel injected.

Badly clogged air filter, turbo not spinning properly, loose connection on the compressed air plumbing, would be typical things to check. As stock this was not intercooled, but if it is, could be a holy intercooler leaking air.

After that maybe bad injectors not spraying right, or a bad inj pump.
