Saw this on ebay and wondering what you guys think of this in terms of price/good mod for my altitude?

If you want to try it buy one out of the classifieds on this site for less. I have seen them as low as 90 bucks. Unless I was towing with high EGT I would not even consider it. You will gain lag, and lower EGT with it. I really doubt that you would gain more than a few HP from it.

Hmmm. . what you make it sound good for doesn't fit me. I don't tow anything and my EGTs won't break 1200 even @ WOT with 10000# on the back.

Then it is a bad bet for sure, EGT is the main reason for the housing. The lag with your fuel will be nasty too.

LSMITH is right, save your money. You will get a little more lag and less EGT. The EGT is the only reason to change housings on a 2nd gen. A 1st gen it helps lesson the the lag as their housings are even bigger.
