Buying Iraqi Dinars?

Looks like an old HAM radio or shortwave receiver to me. Might be a market for it since it looks very clean in your photo. What is the Manufacturer and Model number? You can check out the specs with this information at www.rigpix.com. It looks like you have an accessory speaker and maybe a power supply that match. It has the general appearance of a Yaesu - good radios and somewhat collectible.

Those look remarkably like a set of Heathkit Ham radios I had years agao. The entire set consisted of a transmitter, receiver, power amp and speaker.

I don't know what they're currently worth but I'll check with a friend of mine who is still into the old ham radios. I can tell you one thing! If I lived closer to your location, I'd definitely make you an offer on that set, just for nostalgic purposes. Would be great to have them again!!! I also remember that they were heavy as hell!!!

I'm pretty sure that is a Collins rig. They looked very similar to the Heath Kit, but cost a bunch more. I think Collins got out of the ham radio business decades ago, but they are still very big in the avionics business.

It's a Collins. . Do a search on EBay for 'Collins 75S'. There are three for auction as of today. Looks like it's worth a few hundred bucks.
