What do you use?

What tool do you use to turn the star wheel on your parking brakes? None of my adjustment tools fit in the space or aren't at the right angle. Is there a Mopar "special" tool? I have done it before by taking the drum off, turn the wheel, and put the drum back on to see if it's tight enough or too tight....repeat. What a pain! So, tell me, how do you do it?

I pull the drum, clean off the ridge, and adjust them out as far as I can and still get the drum on.

Exactly what I do.

To adjust I put the parking brake into about the second notch, then I adjust the shoes that the drum is just slipping on tight. Release the PB, all good set up.

I have an assortment of brake adjusting spoons. One of them works fine - just don't remember which one.

Okay then. I guess that's what I will continue to do also. I like " put the parking brake into about the second notch", I haven't done that before.
