I somehow ended up on this page one night. Sounds too good too be true but thought I would see if anyone had any ideas about it.

I've put up lots of posts on this topic on a number of different forums. The title there says it all. There is no such thing as free energy. Try as hard as you want, but the second law of thermodynamics will win every time. It'll take just as much energy to split the water into hydrogen as you can recover (even if you could achieve 100% efficiency) by burning it again.
