What does it take to convert to P7100?

Have a friend looking to convert a 12 valve first Gen VE engine over to a P7100.



What does it take??

Gear case, Injectors??

Same head?



Any info appreciated!

Its pretty involved, cam has to come out is the big thing from what I have read here on TDR.
