I am getting mach 2 EDM injectors and would like to know what else i will need to get and how soon? I am planning of upgrading fuel system first then what? turbo, clutch. i dont really want to change those right now do i have too? i do not tow, only daily driver, see sig below for what i have now. i also have an exhaust brake will it work on a new turbo that i would need(if i do need one and what size?)

you will be getting some pretty high egts, which is dangerous, but as long as you are very easy on it you should be fine. id definatly consider going to the pdrhx35 40, or a b1. and with an ez(same as a comp w/o he wire hooked up)/edm, you will burn that stock clutch up real quick, give southbend a call. not sure about the turbo, i know that when you go up turbo sizes (my 40) has a 4" downpipe, but the 35 should maintain the stock size. you would need a different exhuast brake with either the b1 or 40 for sure unless you can get reallycreative with metal.

what would be my approximate hp and torque with mach 2 and comp as an ez,afe filter and 4" exhaust? i was going with the 2's thought i could get away with them for a while,

I have a similar setup to what you're planning on, but mine's an ETH. At the end of full throttle runs up to 80-90mph or so I'll see almost 1,200 degrees (pre turbo, 65 deg F outside) and 35 psi of boost. I can pull fuel pressure into the 9's. Very safe, very useable power, with controllable smoke (EZ set on 2).

The clutch was toast shortly after the injectors went in. It held for about 3 full throttle runs, then after that it wouldn't even hold moderate accelerations in sixth. I went really easy on it for about two weeks 'till I put on the SB Con OFE, and was glad I did. There we're some pretty good burn marks on my flywheel that took a couple of attempts on the lathe to get under them (don't bypass the flywheel resurfacing step - this is key in making the clutch feel smooth). So consider a clutch to be a top priority.

Fuel pressure may be an issue for you, also. Like I said, I can pull mine down to the mid 9's, and that's with a Wildcat Max Flow kit and a fresh lift pump. A stock fuel system may not be able to keep the fuel pressure up in a comfortable range (above 5-6psi, depending on the source). So a modified fuel system also wouldn't be a bad idea to have on your shopping list.

I'm thinking about a turbo, but probably just a PDR35. EGT's aren't an issue, but I wouldn't mind a bit quicker spoolup.

As far as power, probalby 370hp, 750ft/lbs-ish. I'll find out when I get 'er on the dyno at Muncie in June.
