2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission What fits?

Will the steering box from an early 98 2500 gasser fit a 94 3500 diesel? Both trucks are 4x4's, and the 98 took a hit to the right front corner. Does not look like any damage was transfered to the left side. The 98 has 49,000 showing on the odometer. I never thought about this until I was back home from buying a mirror off of the truck, although I did tell the guy to call me when he was done parting it out, as I may be interested in what ever was left. Your thoughts please.
