Competition What Gear With Nv5600

I have an 03 2500 quad cab with an nv5600 and 3:73 gears. and i was wondering what gear i should pull in. i have 265/75r17 tires. i also have edge juice with attitude, air intake and opened up exhuast. i am just starting to pull so any advice would be nice to have. so if anyone knows or has pulled i am open to any advise. thanks

3rd low with a stock clutch.
