What Golf Club Should I Buy ?

Im currently using Tommy ammor 845's and an olimar 5w and a callaway BB driver



My wedges are W2 and W3 I have NO IDEA what they are



SAND ??? LOB???APPROCH????PITCHING???



I use my W2 for about 30 yards in and my W3 for 30 to 50 and my 9 iron for any approch over that



I want better wedges But I dont know what DEGREES I NEED



I WANT A LOB WEDGE FOR 30 Yards In WHAT DEGREE IS THAT????



I WANT ANOTHER WEDGE TO FILL THE GAP BETWEEN MY LOB AND MY 9 IRON ... WHAT DEGREE WOULD THAT BE????



I get $65 every year from work to spend on golf stuff I want to buy 1 club a year and one of these days i will have one heck of a set









I want to start with a 30 yards and IN club what Should I get,,,DEGREES WIZE FOR THAT ??



I think Im struggleing because im using a sand wedge for things Im not suppose to Id like to be using the right clubs.



What do you knock it with 30 yards to the green ??

NOTE II : I DONT WANT A SAND WEDGE EITHER it I hit it in the sand most of the time I just look around a bit then kick it up out of there :-laf

I dont have a clue what clubs you should get, I would just get the prettiest ones, but thats me. But what are you gonna do w/your old ones :-laf I know someone who takes donations

I like my clubs and they were pricy but My wedges are what Im inquiring about



I dont know if one is a 58* or what or even which one is what.



I wanted FIRESOLES but ened up with what I have. .



any input would be great on what degree of wedge is used for what so I can buy them one at a time ...



like if a 58* wedge is an lob wedge then Im getting a high end One Around $100 minus $65 fitness $$ from work = $35 for an awesome club ... . over the next few years I will have my wedges and then I can upgrade the rest slowly ... In the past I have been buying $65 worth of golf balls ... now that I dont lose as many I have a bunch of them ... ONLY LOST ONE BALL the first and only time I went out this year.



I traded a Mossburg 500 Slugster and a Ruger 9mm For my clubs there like new But I just not happy with the W2 W3 set up in the 845's



I have used my clubs a hundred times more than the 2 mentioned guns



1 week out of the year for tye slugster and the 9mm is a useless caliber IMO on the other hand

BTW : I live about 30 mins from MALTIBYS GOLF WORKS but there prices are INSANE !!!!!



Im not very good at golf yet but I am getting better every year I stay out of the triple digits and somethins I suprize myself >>



I knocked a 9 iron out of the rough about 50 yard from a hiddin green ( WELL THE GREEN WAS HIDDEN BECAUSE I HIT MY BALL OVER A CLIFF) lucky some how god blessed my ball and it went with in 2 feet of the hole And Yes I made the put... LOL



It seems like every time I go I hit atleast one unbeleavable shot that keeps me going back. I always seem to do my fair share of muffing also.



In the 2 years I have been golfing Ive got about 6 real birds and a bunch of pars Its still alot of fun tho.

Getting fitted for clubs is like one of those things you know you need to do ... But for some reason you dont want to do it...



I dont think Im good enough yet to need fitted clubs maybe one of these days.

I found a



60* 3 bounce "L" wedge A friend is letting me borrow it . .



Playing HARBOR HILLS in the AM so I went out back... ... TO MY BENT GRASS GREEN and prayed to GOD make me a NATURAL with this club I just need 1 major thats it !!!!... LOL



Well I hitThe first ball in the sweet spot but it fell 50% of the way to my green ... . ???? but went WAY up in the air ..... OK That must be how this clubs works ... I wind up to put a bit of juice on it and BLADED IT !!!!!!! it flew about 50 yards down in the woods !!! DOH !!!!



KEEP YOUR HEAD DOWN !!!!

I get some what of a hang on it ... ... ... . all I had to do WAS NOT SWING HARDER BUT TO WIND UP ( DRAW BACK ) the club more !!! with the Loss of control LOL ... I need to find my happy medium



I used to use a W4 for this shot



A W3 was my mid between my W4 and my 9 I ...



I think this club will fit in my bag ... LOL



Im using it tomarrow With Many DO OVERS Probly But if Im Going to learn this game and to continue to get better I need to use the right clubs IMO playing a 9I for the next 10 years would make me really good w/ it around the green but it would Limit my SPIN and all that ... Im going to try to get better while using the appropiate clubs ... insted of just using what Im best with ... . BYE BYE my LITTLE CHIPPER I WILL MISS YA !

Well,

Shot a 48 on the front and blew up on the back BIG TIME



THey Were Aireating ... . I HATE THAT



They should only charge 1/2 price if even that during course maint.



it really makes you mad when you have to take 2 putts every hole because theses no PIN, CUP or HOLE .



to make matter worst on 17 PAR 5 I wound up with my BB and guess what... ...



THE CLUB HEAD WENT FUTHER THAN MY BALL..... WHAT THE HECK...

I guess I didnt realize my own driving power ... LOL



I also knocked my approch (TO A NON EXISTANT GREEN) in the parking lot... . LOL It was a 5 iron THo not My new baby ... . L-wedge I LOVE IT... . real short distance but it keeps the ball from rolling over the green and incrases my accruacy around the green ... . but the thing with this club is its more of a TROUBLE CLUB ... if your within distance to use it ... your ball should be on the green anyway. Know What Im sayin' ??



Now I Suck so Im usally not on the green with my distant approch so this club suits me good... .



BB going to golf shop for a STIFF shaft it has a REG on it now .

I got my club 2 days ago ... talk about QUICK SHIPPING... WOW



I hit about 130 balls with it from about 40 yards and ... ...



I hit the pin 7 times YAHOO !!!! I love this club



The shots that didnt hit the pin were on my green MInus a few where My boy desided to mess me up by walking right behind me while swinging. HEHEHE



I think the thing that has helped me the most is relly not the club THO its awesome and I love it ... .



The Old Golf Channel Academy ... . taught me that your hands should stay in front of the club head through Impact ... after appling this ... OMG

Talk about keeping the iron /wedge play strait WOW and I also cracked a drive with my back up with my hands before the club head and it WAS Outa' Here with a slicght hook but man it went forever.



Well now just to apply this new found golf tip and my new Club to a corse some where... . I cant wait
