The vehicle is a 1998. 5 3500 4X4 with 5-speed



comp or drag comp

DD III

PDR HX 40 w/16 housing

ATS manifold

4" into 5" exhaust

K&N

Mitchell clutch



What is the highest hp can I expect with this setup?

What level will I be able to tow 20K lbs?

You should be at 425 to 475 with drag comp at 5X5. With towing you moght want to think of having the box off.

Having a 98 the injection pumps have been know to die when hooked up to a comp. I also assume you already have gauges, including a fuel pressure.

With the comp on 5X5 I am seeing 18-12 fuel psi when I am driving w/stock injectors and stock turbo. Have not decided what type of fuel system upgrade I will get.

Yes a long time ago I'm at 428. 1 H. P. with 1K of torque. I have drag comp, DDII's,PDR HX35,4" EX, Scotty II, 7LBS 100 GPH pusher pump, 3/8th A-N fittings from tank to injection pump,Southbend OFE,Fastcoolers, Magek diff cover and lots more I can't remember. Generally I run 20PSI fuel pressure but at 5X5 I can pullit down to about 15 LBS. To say the least it's screams,but lots of fun andlots of
