Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) What is a '97 engine worth?

I don't know all the details, but I have a line on a complete '97 engine that has about 200k on it. What is a reasonable amount to offer. I believe it has a 215 pump and may have other accessories (starter, vac pump, etc).

I live on a hill but the yard is sure soggy. I did find a new leak in the 5er, the kitchen ceiling has a leak and the new storage shed I just built has some serious design flaws in it's roof:-laf:-laf At least I found out before packing it with my daughter in law's furniture.
