The biggest question is the condition of the batteries. Replacement forklift batteries, particularly 36v, are expensive. Also, 3-phase power might be required to operate the battery charger. Finally, there are the shipping costs from PA to Washington. Assuming a working charger is included, I wouldn't pay more than a few hundred bucks for this particular one, plus shipping. It really depends on your specific needs.

I have several 12-volt walk-behind pallet stackers in my home shop. They are cheap to buy, easy to fix, and are small enough to navigate into tight areas, which fits my needs perfectly. If I wanted a larger forklift I'd look for an older diesel or LP model, but not a battery powered one.

You may not need a second opinion

but I can say that we use these in the shop where we have concrete floor and they have proven very usefull. They don't bring much money so if this one goes high, forget about it and find one that isn't too expensive. If you are using a lift all day every day, get one with a good battery as the batteries are VERY expensive. If you are thinking it will work outside, forget it. It won't go on dirt. They are extremely heavy and you need to find one colse to home (freight cost). Keep the voltage up on the battery as low voltage will burn out the contacts.
