I have oft refered to a greasy burger loaded with catsup, mayo, mustard, cheese... . the whole dang works... as a slider. Course... not sure if it's refered to that for slidin' down the gullet ... or a while later sliding... er, um... you know what I mean
Slider: Type of fishing lure with a small lead head of a specific shape, and small worm type straight plastic tail, developed and popularized by Charlie Brewer with his 'do nothing' method of fishing for bass.
There is another version that has to do with a streak in a toddlers diapers, but no need to go into that one.
In the Navy they call the hamburgers sliders, probably because of all the grease when the ship takes a roll they go a sliding. Darn things were pretty gross.
Back window on my truck's cab... or little square White Castle burgers. Never have gotten'm from a live White Castle, but they're occasionally sold in grocery store freezer sections.
