Was talking with one of the Ontario TDR guys and he is having fuel pressure issues being all over the map. Asked me what correct fuel PSI was for an in tank lift pumped 2005. Not really sure so I thought I would ask y'all!

What is correct PSI? Is 10ish PSI normal for WOT?

Thanks!

Robert

Yes 10psi is good, lift pressure above 0 is adequate, Now 5-12psi is perfect, When it comes to adding power for More HP or competition 18+psi,if run run above 25psi with correctly modded CP3/FCA you will start to increase the default idle pressure.

Thanks guys! I was not thinking it was that low for some reason! Odd... Age is creeping up on me!

Anyhoo, thanks! I will pass this info on!

I run about 8-9 at idle with 3 filters, cruise at ~7 psi, WOT 4. 5-5. 5 psi on a 415/850 tune.

Bosch told me that -5 to +15 is the range, but as TC said positive pressure is preferred as 12 seems to be a good idle setting if you have an adjustable pump.

I just did a FASS on mine, have 18psi idle, no clue WOT, I noticed before would run about 32lbs of boost max, now I hit 40psi, I'm thinking the stock LP was running out of fuel.
