What is DTC p 0073?

Changed out the compressor for my pacbrake the other day and disconnected the air flow sensor on the intake as I had to pull the intake assembly out to check some wring chafes. Turns out they were fine. In any case I got a CEL and this mystery code 0073 that seems to be outside the range of normal codes. I did forget to reconnect the sensor when i first started the truck. The code cleared after several starts. Not too worried about it, but I like to know what it is. Any thoughts?

inlet air temp sensor voltage to high. you must have turned the key on for a second with it unpluged

It should go away after 9 or so restarts.
