I would guess that the Ram driver is lucky it wasn't one of the original Hummers.

Pretty amazing photo. Hope nobody was hurt.

The motor was not harmed in the Ram in the making of this priceless picture, was it? I hope that was not your truck... first thing mom had to say about the pic when she saw it: "Was the TV on in the H2?" I told her I am sure it was... .

Wow good picture

The driver of the truck was on the cell phone... ... .

The Yuppie in the Hummer was on the laptop..... and the cell phone... ..... :--)

I am sooooo sick of seeing the H2 every corner I turn ... ... . Most have a Soccer ball sticker in the top right hand corner of the tailgate too  No kidding I see at least 10 or so daily on the way to work and at least one in my lot sthe same. Sooo I checked one out and compared it to the suburban parked right next to it ... ... . They are Identical in every aspect except for the body mounts! So guess what all you high horse status symbol driving soccer mom wannabees that can't afford the real Huumvee's Your rigs are CR@P! AAAAhhhhhhhhhhhh!

tension breaker had to be done

AS coincidence goes... ... . I was in the Anchorage C-D dealer today in the parts dept. Mr. Udd, driver of the H2, came in for a minute and then left. The parts man said that Mr. Udd no longer has a drivers license. He can only sit in his 2 Vipers but no driving.

Apparently a medical problem caused the wreck.

It may look the same as the suburban but off-road abilities aren’t even close. Approach and departure angle and the 4wheel drive control are terrific. To bad it’s used as a status symbol instead of the truly good 4wheel drive machine it is. Also the price could be about $40,000 cheaper --- Oh wait, they have those and its called a Jeep Wrangler.

I feel your pain. The yellow one (tweety) lives down the street from my inlaws so I have to see that one much too often.

It's still a suburban chassis with a differant body and limited slips. It's big, boxy, and can't wheel. In the off roading community they are a joke. It would be kinda like someone coming on here with their new Hemi Ram and bragging how powerful it is and wondering why everyone is going  .

All I can say is I would never have one of those piece of CRAPs. . GM ruined the only REAL vehicle the ever made. They aren't supposed to yuppie vehicles it just makes me so mad. BRING BACK THE REAL HUMMERS YOU IDIOTS>

I agree...

I have had the privelage of being in a Hummer in some of the most unthinkable driving conditions. I know the real Hummer is a wide vehicle with a good center of gravity and saying that I will tell you I have been on two wheels TWICE !!! And any other vehicle would have rolled without a doubt and so would have the H2 !!!

Went on 2 wheels in a slide down the side of a mountain that we couldnt stop and at the bottom was a (from what I recall) about a 10'-20' drop off into a dry wash. Tipping up actually stopped us.

(should have seen Ssgt. Lopez run !!) 29 Palms, Ca.

The other time was in Korea when our driver went to sleep and put us into a slide and we clipped a lil' Korean ladies car and put us on our side almost like a balance act. The H2 would have rolled I think... just my opinion on that one.

The original Hummer is a tuff sucker with a granny gear that will not quit !!!

In closing I'll put it this way... (you'll like this) We either used a helicoptor lift or a Humm-V... Oo. Oo. Oo

Both were enjoyable !!!!. :D

Every Bit of what the man said is true. The Suburban has juuust about the saddest excuse for articulation , departure angle (Limited by its own body so the H2 gets a point there) and a feeble 4X4 system that still uses that 10 bolt corporate front center axle section. Now theres a new status symbol on the block the Porsche Chyenne... ... DONT get me started.

The main reason I get so urked at theese Status Rigs is arround here everyone is soo self important , and absorbed and filthy wealthy that they are everywhere. Now drive your duallie down the road with death wobble and all where you can take off 10 side view mirrors between lights and wind up costing you an average of 526. 00 per mirror. They clog up the side streets shopping for tha cardigan sweatter they gotta have cause they cant park in the lot like normal people. Case-in-point , I went to the HVAC supply store in Norwalk the other day to pick up some CFC22 , some coil wrap , High side pressure line and other goodies . When I got out to the truck there was a MLK 500 on the passenger side (Which I wouldn't have cared normally) and a BMWX5 on the drivers side. Well the lot is tight and the dually being long and all you need that arc to back out. Could I NOOOoooooo I had to wait 'til cruella deville and her snot nosed ankle biter came out of the shop next door so she could get her MB out of the space next to me. Yeah you could call me ANTI and all but this is what I deal with on a daily basis.

You are a whole lot nicer than I am. I don't have the patience for those people in any way. Thus the Ranch-hand on the front. I have and will again maneuver the truck and push the damn car out of my way. I have SUV's and I hate their owners even more. I cant stand people that think they are better than me because they have money. I especially hate SOCCER MOM, driving a 60k to 100k SUV's causse hubby is probably killing himself for it. Im an A$$H*LE what can I say.
