WOW that the same thing I ordered. I let the wife pick the color that way it made her feel like she had a say in the truck. Little does she know. Oo.

The public does not have access to this tracking site anymore.

2 choices

1: call the dealer (they have access to tracking site)

2: Call Dodge and tell them you want to know the status of your truck. the dealer has more info available to them then the people on the dodge line.

click here for more information on calling dodge. See post 287

I let my wife help pick the exterior color and the interior. She was already wanting more room in the back. She was asking me to hurry! She likes to shop and wants to haul around grandkids.

This is what I did when I had my 2005. 5 on order. Here is what I found.

1. Calling Dodge is just a little better then no information at all. They lag behind the actual status of your truck, and if you have a question, they have no answer. They just go to their big Dodge computer and read what they see in front of them.

2. The dealer has the best information, but good luck in getting them to help you much. They gave me the distinct impression that I was wasting their valuable time when I called about production questions. My order was one that was held up at the local railyard until they figured out what was going on with the G56 (March 05). The dealer was absolutely no help at all and kept telling me the truck was enroute and should be here anytime. When I told them that I knew it was at the railyard and being held, they finally admitted that it was there, but didn't know what the status was (no dealer did). I cancelled the order, got my deposit back, and bought one off Dave Smith's lot the next day... ;)
