What is the 2006 Sound and Secure Package

I saw the Sound and Secure package while browsing at dealer's computer, looking at 2006 truck options. I noticed that Uconnect wasn't listed as a feature, so I'm guessing it was either missed or only available as part of this package. Could anyone verify? Tommy? Rick?

While similarly related, the 2006 Ram has the "REC" navigation system available, similar to the Grand Cherokee (or whatever it's called these days).
