What is the best Scanner for clearing codes....?

I am looking to purchase something equivalent to a DRBIII Scanner , something good enough to clear codes from the ECM. Are there any out there that are easy to use and at a decent price? I just went to a local (not really THAT local ) Auto Zone and checked out what they have and is pretty basic, but it didn't have a name on it. Any ideas/suggestions? Thanks
