Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) what is the correct fleetguard stratapore pn?

hello, i have a 96 12v... i am looking into burning wvo in this truck, i need to find the correct part number for the fleetguard fuel filter... the filter i am using now is a fs-1253... . fleetguard makes a filter for this that will not swell like the paper one(fs-1253)... . i need this filter in a fleetguard stratapore... does anyone know this part number in the stratapore? thanks alot

To the best of my knowledge, it does not exist. All we have to choose from is the FS1253. I could be wrong?



The FS19519 is a cellulose filter like the FS1253, just a little longer. It is supposed to hold more contaminants. The micron ratings are the same.



The FS19519 May or May not work on your truck. Mine I had to grind the flange just about off the water drain valve or else it would but up against the lift pump elbow. Not worth the aggravation.

Fleetguard LF 16035. Says StrataPore right on it. Geno's sells them, with a long listing of the years they fit. As my shop cat might say, it fits my 1996 purrfectly.
