OK - when you bomb - even at a lower leval - what are you giving up? I see a lot of folks say that you gain mileage with a box - however at the Cummins Shop they seem to tell me that you have to be careful that you don't simply overfuel the engine and cause problems. For example, if you use a box and keep it on the lower settings - are you giving up 10-20% or more of anticipated engine life????

Does the box accomplish anything when traveling at say 70 mph? I'm sure there would be when you step on it - but running empty at 70 - what would you expect if anything?
