What is this plastic part? Or is is rubber

I found this part under the hood between the air to air core and the bumper at the left front of my 2003 2500. It looks like it broke off of something, but can not find anything else missing. Any ideas?

It looks like the end piece to some door trim, around the window, outside.

You dont say how large it is.

It is the bumper for the Grille, there is one left and and one right of the radiator.

I lost one once, yours the retaining tab is torn off,... I went to the local pull a part on and got one for nothing while I was getting a fender and some other parts.
