Alright,
I Bought my truck approx 3 weeks ago, today while cruising down the interstate at 70 mph the rpm's would surge up about 200-300 rpm's and then go to normal( only lasts a few seconds when surging) It did this a few times when I droped back to 65mph it dident do it any more and I never had it happen til I pushed it up to 70 mph today. I pushed it up to 80 to see if it still would do it and it did the same thing surged up about 200-300 rpm's.
I have been reading lots of posts to learn as much about my truck as I can and my best guess is the problem has somthing to do with the Throttle position sensor, Am I correct?
Will this hurt anything if I dont get it fixed right away?
I would appreiacte any help you all can give me.
Thanks alot!
Mike
