What LSD is in the 11.5 AAM axle of a 2018 Ram

I'm confused as to what LSD they put in these trucks, I know the 11.5 in a GM is a G80 but I have found no info on the RAM version.

Unless something has changed for 2018, it is an AAM torsion type LS. I believe it is this model:

Truetrac is made by Eaton. The unit in our trucks is a torsen style made by AAM and not as good as a Truetrac. Truetrac is 3.5:1 torque bias the AAM is only 2:1 torque bias.
