I just hit 100k on my truck. What kinds of preventative maintenance should I be considering? Owners manual doesn't mention any work on injectors until I hit 100k, but seems like I've read here that one shouldn't wait that long. I've kept up with all other recommended preventative maintenance identified in the Service Manual. If I'm having work done on the injectors, should I consider installing new ones? If I go bigger, that means I'd probably need to replace my clutch. $$$! Any suggestions/recommendations would be appreciated.

Adjust the valves, and put a mild set of injectors in if you want to, maybe somebody else can chime in on that, I don't remember seeing anything on here about replacing injectors at 100K. I dunno.

exactly

BigMike, I agree on the valve adjustment, I did mine at about 90k and it does make a difference. Not sure on replacing the injectors, if it is idling and running smooth, they are probably ok. I put the rv275's in mine,I like it much better now!! It gives it just a little "big cam" idle and doesn't really hurt the clutch any, but I was kicking myself for not going bigger the next day!!! :D
