What my "first time" was like

O. K. i did it. I finally pulled somthing with my truck. I borrowed my b-in-laws trailer and put the old Dart on it to take it to a shop. I estimate the car weighs in at 3300 and 700 for the trailer. Yea baby, my first pull was #4000!!!! But, it felt like it was surging and the truck felt lathargic or somthing. I could hold 75mph in 5th no problem. If i were pulling #14,000 or somthing, ime not sure if it would make it or not. Maybe ime used to getting up to 75 empty... . need to find somthing bigger... .

Give me a break!!!!
first time he pulled !! This thing has more power with out spending the big bucks. .
other's say you need 4" exh. $800.
I can do it for $200. more fuel--$50.
More air another $50.
What will a 4' exhaust and no cat get you nothing but less$$$ in your wallet.
Need a bigger turbo,more gauges to watch,get out the plastic!!! step right up.
If you are not towing something every day ,save up for that 40 disc CD/tape/re-verb player,colored tv w/cd-dvd-rec,vent shields and stainless boards front to rear.
even the grandma's love them!!!! I know!!!

You sure the trailer only weighs 700? U-Haul's auto transporter weighs 2200 empty.
My truck felt sluggish until I adjusted the AFC a few clicks. Now it smokes just a tad under load but it has way more low end power. It won't give you any top end but it makes it much more responsive accelerating through the gears. That and it costs nothing. If I go with an ME kit, it'll be for the sound.
