Well I got the fuel plate ground down. I ground it flat and slid it all the way forward. I LOVE the performance and the smoke it puts out. But if I say on it through 5th, the EGTs are wanting to shoot over 1400. THe boost went from 24 to around 30 something. I didnt do anything to the turbo boost line or anything, just the fuel plate.

My question is what should I do next to get the EGT's down without taking away from the fuel? And what should I plan on doing next? Oo. THanks!

Scotty 2 or BHAF, 4" exhaust, different turbo (Peirs HX-35, HX-40, HTB-2, B-1, etc... ), can put a 14cm or 16cm housing on yours.

Bump the timing to 15-17.

Keep your foot out of it :)

Definetly the BHAF. Best value for the $ imho... I bumped the timing to 16 on mine, took the egt's down at least 250°f. Better top end performance also, but seems to smell a bit stronger. . doesnt bother me, but the wifey doesnt like it much.

whats the Fleeguard open air filter in your sig? a drop in square type? hmm. .

Yeah, BHAF is a great buy, cheap and effective. Exhaust is very important also, something 4" "muffler-less" would be best.
