Tommy Gunn, when did they make those SRT's with 500 HP to rear wheels. We had one in Spokane and all it was able to put out was to put out LESS than 350 :-laf Here's what the guy looked like when he saw this #

I don't think they ever made 500hp to the ground... They only advertise hp at the flywheel, as for as I know...



And man,that is one stingy dyno!! - But i guess 30% loss to the wheels is about righ??

Not really we alot of 400HP truck,some 500HP trucks and even some 600 and 700+ HP trucks that day. The SRT guy was the last one to go and was :{ BTW if it's not to the ground it does NOT exisit :-laf All that counts is what's rolling down the road.

I've seen this before. Guy takes purty 6-pack Road Runner to drag strip. makes first pass, hits brakes too hard for skinny drag fronts, car leaves the track, rubber side isn't down anymore. :{



One would think that ABS would help a little unless the driver panicked when the rear started to step out.
