Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) what parts do i need?

i just picked up a 94 12valve for my conversion i am doing,the previous owner had a cable hooked up to shut the motor down what parts am i going to need to make it back to factory so when i turn the key off the motor shuts off.

Shut down solenoid, relay, any missing linkage parts.
