What pump??

I have a early 91 non i/c

what pump might that motor have on it??

Gotta get it resealed... any ideas??

That's a VE-44. You're better off posting in the 1st gen forum for that truck. Most of the guys over there can rebuild that themselves, and have.

Ve pumps

Hi Mike,

Yes this is the first gen section... Your engine has a Bosch VE pump on it.

I rebuild them all the time... I have written quite a bit about the VE pumps on here in years past. Read my posts if you would like to learn more about them.

Iam not real sure my pump is a ve pump??

My throttle shaft goes in the SIDE of my pump..... the one ive seen have the shaft on the top??

What ia a good labor rate to r and r my pump?

Boy's down at the diesel shop seem to think 4 or 5 hrs??
