what rear end ratio do i have?

does anyone know how to ***** what RE ratio by looking at the housing, or on the vehicle somewhere

I know on my 2nd Gen, if you open the hood and look up, there's a sticker that has all the options. Mine has the gear ratio listed. Maybe you have a similar sticker in a similar location?

yeah my 01 had that too, i have looked all over and can't find a thing on this '06. i might be blind too, i figured it was on the housing somewhere, but i can't find it

My '05 has a sticker in the glove box detailing options, etc...

or you could jack the *** end up and spin the tire around once. Watch how many times the driveshaft spins for one revolution of your tire and do the math.

thanks, i guess all '06's with the 6 sp manual have the 3. 73, no option for the 4. 10. it runs out like it has 4. 10's is why i wondered

Yes the G56 Six speed only comes with 3. 73 but the OD ratio is lower than the automatic and the NV5600 and the operationg RPM is about the same as a truck with a 4. 10 and the automatic or the NV5600.
