2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission What she worth??

I am in the process of trading for a new 04 and would like to get a fair deal for my Y2K. It is in good shape, no dents , but a couple of scratches here and there. I just put in a new clutch and throw out bearing because the pilot bearing was dragging. Other than the Velcro loop on the jack handle holder, everything is perfect. I have tried to get a price on the on line services and they vary wildly, from 11. 5 to 15. 5 trade in. Oh did I mention I have 190,000 miles on the truck. The truck shop manager said he has some one that wants to talk to me about the truck and I have two business clients that are interested in it. Whats fair??
