Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) what should TPS % at WOT be?

Has anyone hooked a code scanner up and pushed the throttle wide open (key on engine off of course) to see what the TPS percentage peaks at? Mine only reads 70% at WOT and I'm not sure that's correct.

I recently played around with some OBD2 software.



For some reason, there is 2 Throttle Position % readings.



I get 100% on one and around 74% on the other.



I have no idea why the difference or what it really tells us?
