Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) What Size are the 3 Starter Bolts?

I thought the size for the bolts was either 10 or 11mm, but none of those fit. I forgot what size they were! It's those bolts with all the edges! lol. My mechanic's mind is gone at the moment! Thanks guys, let me know
