2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission What size tire can fit on 3500 flatbed

The 96 listed below in the sig is in need of some new hoops. 96 12 valve 4x4 with a flatbed. What is the biggest tires we can put on it safely with and without a spacer in the rear. what size spacers are yall running. What is just a good all around tire size for a dually that doesnt look puny like the ones on it does, Thanks Travis

235-85R16's. Anything larger and you will need a spacer. Even then some brands may fit, and others will not. I have a friend who runs Coopers and does not have any problems. Maybe someone else will reply and identify other brands that work.

I'm running 235/85R16's with a spacer. Toyo M55's and I love them so far.

I run 235/85R16's on mine with out a problem, I have never had a problem with them rubbing even when heavily loaded including 3 or 4 different brands.

don't have a dually myself but I remember people have fit 255/85r16 with out a spacer

I am running 255/85r16 coopers and they don't rub empty. I have 1" spacers ordered so they won't rub when I am hooked to my gooseneck.
