what size tire will fit?

I just bought a 07 mega cab and want to lift it 6" i already have some 20x10 rims with a 4 1/2 backspacing so what size tire will clear, would like to go as big as i can with out cutting anything. and any suggestions on a good lift kit would help 2 ?

I have 37x13. 5x20 on my 07 mega but also have a 3 inch body lift because the tires were hitting the fender. trimmed the plastic lower air dam on the front fender as well.
