Got my FASS via Fed Ex today from Piers.



Opened the box and it is the FASS150 model. I only run a DDTTPM (Edge Ez) and wonder if this is over kill. I told Piers that I only have the DDTTPM when I ordered. I worry about the whole fuel pick up issue with the 150gph pump.



ALso when I was checking the parts bag, the fitting for the injection pump is NO WHERE CLOSE to being the size needed for the VP inlet. Anyone else have a problem with getting the wrong fitting in their parts?

I installed the 150 gph Fass last week on my `02 and worried a lot about the pick up issue. Seems to work fine to me. Maybe it´s the older modules with metalfittings thats the problem? I dont know! Going to modify the module anyway.

Did you check the partlist in the installinginstructions about the VPconnection??

If i remember it right, there should be a treadadapter in the kit to fit the fitting to the VPinlet. And it fits to the stockfilterinlet too.

Got my 150 GPH F. A. S. S. yasterday and installed it today. Allot more work than I expected. It took about 6 hours. The kit came with a fitting that threaded into the VP44 and had a 1/4 flare fitting that a 90 degree elbow screwed onto and the blue fuel line pressed onto.



Cant get it to drop below 17 PSI to save my *****. I guess I will have to go from a 16 pound guage to a 30 pound guage. Noise is negligable when the engine is running.

Wow, going back to working nights must be effecting me more than I thought.



Got the bright idea to compare stock banjo bolt to the fitting in the FASS kit and guess what..... They are exactly friggin' the same!!!!!! Go figure LMAO.



Guess I remembered the banjos being bigger.



Oh and by the way, I got the 95gph pump! I read the wrong tag!!! I am going to sleep now!!!!.
