I talked to people at Edge today and again they said two or three weeks and whether we believe that are not is the question. Let say that their predication becomes a reality, what would you do go out on the Edge or go with the Pup downloader? Just a question I would like to hear your opinion.

I couldn't figure out happen to change the info at the bottom. I currently have a . 04. 5 325/600 six speed.

I tried the Pup very nice but not adjustable... . I like the idea of being adjustable I just made the leap and bought the TST PMCR. . I would'nt hold my breath on the edge though... I have been hearing that ever since I bought my truck in JAN of 2003... Just my opinion...

I, as well, am straddling the fence between the Power Pup and the Juice. I have a slight inclination towards the Juice because of the reputation that Edge has... ... ... ... . which doesnt mean anything if you cant bring the product to the market.

What are your opinions?

I say give'em the two weeks, I loved my comp on my 02... They were just too slow for me this time... And i'm on the tst-dark side now !!!!

I had a Beta model of the 555 Juice, sent back for upgrades, but will not see it back until the 600 version is completed and on the market. From my experience with the 555 Juice, it is definately worth the wait! I'm sure you will not be disappointed. I dynoed at 383 HP with just the Juice! Stock I'm at 250 HP.

I talked with Edge about a week ago, and they told me the 600 should be done right after the first of the year. 555's to follow.

u think that edge puts down alot, my diesel mechanic has the same engine modes i have and his powerpup dynoed him a rwhp gain of 145 hp! no b. s. so of course i had to have one hehe

I'm not trying to start some'tin here, but how does edge expect to market this Box with only a 133hp gain?

Especially with a 145hp bullydog and a 150+ TST box ????

Trust me, I am as anxious to see the final version as everyone else... I guess I just expected something more ?!?!

If it is only a 130hp box... I hope it is "un-real" smooth, cause that will be its only claim to fame, you know?

well wish i could help with the outlook question but i only decided to buy the powerpup, i have heard to many "unbelievable" things about the monitor to justify spending that much on it. personally id rather have gauges that i can trust. which is not to say that the monitor wont be an awsome piece when they get the bugs worked out of it.

Just a couple of thing to remember here:

I had a Beta on the 555, with a 48RE. I dynoed in 3rd, had the overdrive locked out so it would not go into overdrive.

A 6 speed will probably dyno a little higher in 5th gear at a 1 to 1 ratio and if you use 6th gear the HP will be higher also but not the true 1 to 1 ratio of HP.

Again, the one I had was a Beta, who knows what the final version will be. I do know that a "Off-Road" version will be available and you will have to sign a wavier to get it.

I know we have all waited a long time and some have gotten fed up and went to other products. Edge's products and customer service has always been second to none! The features and adjustability of the Juice with Attitude are awesome. I for one, have been a long time user of Edge Products and I'm willing to wait for their Juice with Attitude! :D

Just one other thing, I'm not looking for the highest HP, I would rather suffer a little HP for smoothness, adjustability, driveability, reliability and customer service. JMHO :D

The Outlook has three connections (four if you use the second pyro connection). One is for Pyro 1. Uses a standard probe in the exhaust manifold, allows you to set defuel temp level in addition to monitoring EGT temps. The second connection is to the MAP sensor on the intake manifold. The third is to the data port plug that is normally used by the dealer to do engine analysis. Its a flat plug on the left side of the engine, just forward and below the fuel filter cannister. One of the plusses for the Outlook is that you can monitor rail pressure. May not be te best on the market, but does give a lot of features for the price.

I've got the Bully Dog Torque Dog. Three position dash switch for adjustability. Good drivability. But too much power - slips TC in extreme position.

Without giving too much away let me say this. I dont care about how much HP I have. What I do want is enough power to never get passed on a hill while pulling my toys. Dont need a street hotrod as I cant afford the tickets and the fuel. I get my speed fixes from racing my bikes. HOWEVER, while testing the Juice/Attitude only on level 3 while cruising down the road in 3rd I stomped on it to show my buddy the power. While the rear tires decided which direction they wanted to squirt my buddy says to me, "I didnt know diesels could do this". Juice /Attitude is real.

I was a beta tester for the Juice EZ on my 600. I can't wait to upgrade to the Juice w/ Attitiude. I have had great results and customer service on the EZ, can't wait to play with the Juice. More power!!!!!
